On September 3, 2016, good news came from the Chizhou Qiupuhe Bridge Project Department. With festive firecrackers and flying fireworks, the 13th pier right of No. 2 pile foundation project of the Chizhou Qiupuhe Bridge project undertaken by our company was officially launched. The start of drilling marked the official start of the substantive battle for the substantive construction of the project.

The starting point of the Qiupu River Bridge Project is located in Wanbaoyu, Chizhou, Anhui. The route extends south to the north bank of the Qiupu River. The bridge crosses the Qiupu River and ends on the south bank hillside with a total length of 1215m. The piles used in this project are large-diameter piles. Our company is mainly responsible for the construction of pile foundations of Nos. 0-29. The total number of piles is 148. The highlight of this project is 16 super-diameter boreholes with a diameter of 5 meters. Pile, which is the largest single-use hole-forming diameter pile rarely encountered in the country at present, puts forward higher and stricter requirements for construction equipment and construction technology, and it is both an opportunity and a challenge for the entire project.

In order to ensure the successful drilling of the first pile foundation, the company carefully organized, rationally arranged, and adopted a variety of measures to ensure construction: First, the establishment of an efficient management team. The company adheres to the corporate philosophy of "professional, long-term, win", and establishes a project management team with project managers, technical responsibilities, and production responsibilities, and is equipped with personnel in various positions such as corresponding safety and technical quality to serve and guide the drilling rig team to carry out drilling construction For working standards and principles, the project management staff is composed of elites who have participated in similar project construction, and the labor force selects teams with rich construction experience and skill to ensure the smooth progress of the project. The second is to do a good job in equipment selection. According to the geological survey report, pile body design and construction period requirements, the project uses the domestic leading ZJD-4000 hydraulic rig with a number of invention patents produced by Zhejiang Zhongrui Heavy Industry to meet the needs of the 5m pile diameter construction process. Two SWDM360 rotary drilling rigs and two related auxiliary equipment such as crawler cranes were used for drilling construction. The third is strict quality control. In view of the complex geology, high risk, and tight schedule of the project, the company has extensively learned the construction experience of similar projects at home and abroad in recent years, especially for large-diameter rock-socketed pile foundation projects. The multi-level quality management guarantee system led by the managers and the staff of the project actively controls the project quality of each sub-item and branch. At the same time, in the pile foundation construction, technical personnel are arranged to strictly control each construction process and construction link to ensure that the construction quality meets the standards. The fourth is to strictly control safety. The staff of the quality and safety department of the company arrived at the construction site in advance to provide technical safety information to the pile foundation team to ensure that the pile foundation construction was safe and controllable.

The successful drilling of the first pile foundation improved the morale and motivation of the project department staff and laid a good foundation for later construction. The smooth start of the project also marks a major step for the company to root new technology, which further consolidated the company's pioneering position in the pile foundation industry.
