He always keeps in mind the tasks delivered by his superiors, always performs his due diligence, and maintains the fine tradition of hard work. Pile foundation construction is often operated in a relatively remote field. Temporary residences are mainly container and mobile board houses. It is as cold as an ice kiln in winter and as hot as a steamer in summer. Instead of complaining, he worked harder. During the Spring Festival, he always gives priority to his colleagues to go home to celebrate the New Year and stay on the job site himself. In August 2012, Comrade Wang Xi was sent by the company to Uganda, Africa, to participate in the construction of the first highway invested by China, designed by China, and constructed by China. As a young project manager in the post-80s generation, Wang Xi independently assumed the heavy responsibility of project management when he went abroad for the first time, which was an opportunity and a severe challenge. The implementation of the project faces daily problems such as differences in language, living habits, altitude sickness, inconvenient transportation, inadequate water and soil, and high incidence of tropical diseases. What is more serious is that the design change caused major changes in geology immediately after construction, and the equipment selection had problems. Uganda is relatively far away from the country, and the transportation of equipment is by sea. It takes more than three months to replace the transportation of equipment, which directly affects the construction period. "At the end of the sea, the sky is the shore, and when the mountains reach high, the peaks are artificial." He is always waiting for me. In the face of difficulties, he leads the team without waiting, avoiding, starting from the details, changing the construction process, and summing up the construction. From top to bottom, he has the confidence to work hard to win, with the innovative spirit of "don't eat the puppets that others have chewed on" and adhere to the "all work-oriented" working attitude. After 37.5 months of construction, he led his team to uphold With the corporate vision of “Top, Backbone, Building, National Brand”, the owner, supervisor and general contractor submitted a satisfactory answer sheet, and contributed to the 'going out' cause of Ningbo's construction industry!
