The red list refers to the list of core quality subcontractors who have shown good performance ability or outstanding technical innovation ability in previous projects, have core equipment, etc., and meet the relevant identification standards of the company and have been approved by the company.

According to the regulations, during the Red List period (July 12, 2024 to June 30, 2025), you can enjoy preferential policies such as (1) participating in the procurement of all corresponding businesses, (2) more chances of being invited to participate in bidding, (3) waiving the cost of bidding documents, (4) waiving the bid security, (5) reducing the proportion of performance security payment, and (6) bonus points in bid evaluation.
