The total land area of the proposed project 4 # is about 48808.1㎡, the proposed building covers an area of 19520㎡, the total construction area is 141172㎡, the above-ground construction area is 70772㎡, the underground construction area is 70400㎡, and the shopping center construction area is 12,200 square meters, the height of which is two to four, and the basement, the building area is 65520 square meters. The frame structure is intended to adopt a pile foundation. The general load of a single column is about 1000 ~ 2000kN, and the maximum load is about 5000kN. The foundation is allowed to deform 5mm, and the leveling elevation of the site is about 0.6m in 1985 Yellow Sea elevation.
