On the morning of October 30-31, the third quarter work summary meeting of ETCOM with the theme of "sprinting together for the fourth quarter and finishing the year's final battle" was held in the large conference room on the 16th floor of ETCOM. Yitong Teji chairman Wang Huirong, general manager Chen Baocai, Yitong Teji in charge, heads of various departments, and project company leaders attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhao Zhanhong, Director of Operations.

At the meeting, 11 heads of business and production units conducted a summary of the work of the third quarter from five aspects: target achievement, work highlights, problem analysis, main work objectives for the next quarter, measures to be taken, and self-summary. At the same time, the participants discussed relevant issues with their Communicate and exchange.

Subsequently, the 7 leaders in charge notified the completion of each operation and production unit based on the three key tasks of "striving for work efficiency, grasping costs, and making standards", and arranged the next key work direction.

At the meeting, General Manager Chen Baocai made six arrangements for the work of various departments and production units in the fourth quarter: 1), to ensure business, and to do a good job in the fourth quarter sprint; 2) to fully implement the Group’s "Nine Major Persistences" and "Second Time" Entrepreneurship spirit; 3) The quality, safety, and environmental protection of the projects under construction should be well controlled, and the collection should be done well; 4) The work instructions for 2021 should be prepared; 5) The engineering control department should do a good job in project cost estimation and Management and control work; 6), do a good job in confirming annual settlement income;

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Wang Huirong put forward three requirements for the participants: 1), do a good job in business operations, and guarantee the coming year; 2), focus on key tasks, and ensure profits; 3), implement the "nine major adherences" and "second "Entrepreneurship" concept, unify thinking, and create a good working atmosphere.
