Yitong Teji held a staff meeting

On the afternoon of October 31st, the all staff meeting of Yitong Teji was held in the lecture hall on the 17th floor of the group. More than 200 people from various departments, departments and project companies in charge of Etotech Teji Chairman Wang Huirong, General Manager Chen Baocai, and Etotech Teji Company attended the meeting by means of on-site and online methods. The conference was chaired by Zhao Zhanhong, Director of Operations.

First of all, General Manager Chen Baocai issued a call to all employees to “sprint for the fourth quarter and ensure 2020”. He pointed out that there are only 60 days left before the end of 2020. In the coming days, Yitong people must adopt higher standards and stricter standards. Requirement and a more practical style to successfully complete the goals and tasks for this year. At the same time, the "three perseverances" and "four guarantees" were proposed to all employees. "Three Persistences": First, use the "Nine Perseverances" to equip the mind, guide practice, and promote work to effectively improve the team's combat effectiveness; the second is to insist on "taking the project as the center, grab work efficiency, grasp the cost, and standardize" as the Focus on the key tasks; 3. Persist in "the goal remains unchanged, the intensity will not be reduced, and the momentum will not be loosened" to fully sprint the annual goals and tasks.

"Four guarantees": One is to increase business efforts, focus on the implementation of key projects, and ensure the total business target of 1.035 billion; the second is to focus on the project and focus on work efficiency and not relax, eliminate loss-making projects and improve efficiency, and ensure per capita production capacity; Strictly abide by the red line of safety and quality to ensure the safe end of the project before the holiday; the fourth is to implement responsibilities and increase efforts to ensure annual settlement and collection.

Subsequently, the director of operations, Zhao Zhanhong, notified all kinds of accidents in 2020, requiring all employees to carefully study various rules and regulations, "learn from one another and learn from others," to prevent similar incidents from happening.

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Wang Huirong put forward three hopes to all employees: 1) Take the project as the center and do a good job in project management and control. 2) Advocate that all Yitong people should pursue self-improvement and work hard; 3) Build and maintain the company's shared system platform to attract more talents to join the Yitong family.
