Recently, we learned from the municipal Development and Reform Commission that the feasibility study report of puyang to Liaocheng (Yuan-Lu boundary) expressway project in Puyang section was reviewed and passed in Zhengzhou. This marks the pu-Chat high-speed Puyang section from the official start of construction is a step closer.
It is understood that pu-chat high-speed puyang section of the project route total length of 37.1 kilometers, a total investment of 4.46 billion yuan, according to the bi-directional four-lane highway standard design, design speed of 120 kilometers/hour. The project route is north-south, starting from the southeast Lin Highway in Qiankou Town, Nanle County, Puyang City, and ending at the southeast of Weicheng Village, Wawutou Town, Qingfeng County, connecting with Tai-Hui highway. The whole line has a total of 382m/2 Bridges, 360m/6 middle Bridges, 14 culverts (not including the main line); A total of 32 separate overpasses, 50 channels and 2 flyovers are set up. There are 5 interchanges, including 2 hub interchanges, 3 general interchanges, 1 service area, 1 maintenance area and 1 communication monitoring sub-center.
Puyang section of Pu-talk expressway project is an important part of 10 national urban agglomeration channels in Henan Provincial Expressway Network Planning (2021-2035). After connecting with Yang-Xin expressway, a provincial longitudinal infilling channel will be formed in the eastern part of Henan province between jinan (South) Guangzhou (prefecture) and Daqingguang(prefecture) expressways. After the project is completed and put into use, it can connect with Zheng-Ji high-speed railway, Nan-Lin expressway, Fan-Hui expressway and provincial highway trunk lines, improve the comprehensive transportation capacity of the region, facilitate the production and life of the masses, and drive the economic revitalization of the eastern part of Puyang City. At the same time, it is conducive to further strengthening the economic ties with the Bohai Sea Economic Zone, the Central Plains urban agglomeration and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy.
