Recently, the 100-meter long-span steel truss girder of Guojia Bridge in Guangrao Section of Xiaoqinghe Project Department was successfully pushed into place.
Guojia Bridge is a steel structure bridge across the Xiaoqing River. The bridge span is arranged as a 16-meter hollow slab plus a 100-meter steel truss girder plus a 13-meter hollow slab. In order to ensure the channel width and safety distance, the main bridge adopts a 100-meter long-span steel truss structure.
As the first steel truss girder installed by the jacking process on the whole line of the Xiaoqinghe River Resumption Project, how to ensure the construction safety and ensure the stability of the support structure has become the top priority. In this regard, the project department is actively preparing for the preparatory work. Through modeling and checking calculations under various unfavorable working conditions, the support is guaranteed to be safe and stable during the progress of the steel truss girder; several discussions on the construction plan of the steel truss girder jacking and expert demonstration meetings have been organized, and project companies, design institutes and steel trusses have been invited. Structural manufacturers and other units came to the construction site to solicit opinions and suggestions on support reinforcement, settlement and displacement monitoring, rectification measures and emergency plans, and constantly optimize and improve the construction plan to ensure the safety and reliability of the steel truss girder jacking. During the pushing process, the leaders of the project department kept an eye on the site around the clock, made overall arrangements, and were ready to deal with various emergencies at any time, ensuring the smooth completion of the steel truss girder pushing.
