On October 18th, the research ship berth pile foundation of Sanya Nanshan Port public research Pier project, which was built by China Communications Second Aviation Administration, was completed, and the construction of superstructure of the pier was fully transferred.
Sanya Nanshan Port public research wharf is the first public research wharf in China. The construction includes new research ship berths, research ship support berths, launching slipway and slipway. It will cover an area of 65,900 square meters and consist of research dock area and research vessel support area.
The pier has 123 pile foundations, and the whole process adopts percussion drilling. The construction of pile foundation on rip-rock dike in complex sea area is faced with many construction problems, such as many cracks in block rock layer and easy leakage of cast-in pile. At the same time, the project construction site is not more than 5A-level scenic spots, domestic famous mountain and sea scenic spots - the size of the sky scenic spot straight distance is not more than 2 kilometers, high environmental requirements.
In view of the difficulties of complex geology and high environmental protection requirements, the project team of China Communications No.2 Aviation Administration made use of technical advantages to innovate and invent the quick grouting stop device for bored piles to successfully solve the leakage problem. The project team also achieved the effect of "zero leakage and zero pollution" of mud by developing innovative achievements such as conical reamer, mud circulation device and deep leakage repair equipment, and successfully solved the construction problems such as rock breaking, environmental protection and slurry leakage stop. These INNOVATIONS NOT only shorten the construction period, but also greatly reduce the safety risk, gradually improve the key technology research of bored pile construction on complex sea dike, and provide experience for similar pile foundation construction.
When completed, the project will fill the gap in domestic "public research dock" resources. The public research port is the only port in China that bears the support of public scientific research opening to the outside world. It is also an important window to undertake Hainan Free Trade port policies, which is of great significance for Hainan to build a world free trade port and its economic development.
