Characteristics of construction survey

• The distance between the two sides of the bridge is over 6,000 meters, and the distance between the north main pier and the north bank is 3,400 meters. It is extremely difficult to control the elevation and measure the settlement of the pier in water.
• High precision anchoring system positioning of 5mm on a 325m tower is extremely difficult to measure.
• Solved the problem of precise measurement of the alignment of 300-meter-high tower columns along the bridge during synchronous construction of tower beams.
• Solved the problem of measuring the vertical degree of tower column axis in anchorage area.
• Overcome the problem of matching the positioning measurement between the segments and the closing mouth of the large-segment steel beam assembly and the measurement of the linear control of the steel beam under the condition of large cantilever.
• Large project scale, high difficulty, tight construction period, strict requirements, within the effective period to complete the whole project measurement work in high quality.

After years of efforts, the formation of "construction measurement standardization work manual", "construction measurement management methods", "bridge construction measurement" and "measurement standard operation card" and other construction measurement site management standards, technical standards and operating standards, construction measurement standardization management system, for the overall improvement of project construction measurement quality provides a strong support.

In the practice of construction surveying management, China Railway Bridge Bureau takes the initiative to adapt to the special needs of bridge precision construction surveying, and continues to carry out innovation in surveying technology, tooling and field surveying operation management. In recent years, it has successively obtained 8 surveying invention patents and more than 10 surveying utility model patents. Through the research and development and use of these special measuring equipment, the measurement accuracy of field construction is improved, the measurement labor intensity is reduced, and the measurement efficiency is significantly improved, which meets the requirements of rapid construction of engineering projects.

China Railway Bridge Bureau has completed a large number of construction survey projects with advanced engineering technology, scientific engineering management, excellent engineering quality and remarkable engineering benefits through the standardization management of construction survey and the improvement of independent innovation ability. Five construction surveying achievements, including Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge, Tongling Yangtze River Bridge, Dongting Lake Bridge, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the award-winning Hutong Yangtze River Bridge project, have successively won the National Excellent Surveying and Mapping Prize.

National Excellent Surveying and Mapping Project Award

The National Excellent Surveying and Mapping Engineering Award belongs to the Special Award of China Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology, which is held by the Chinese Society of Surveying and Mapping. There are three levels of gold, silver and bronze awards, mainly for selecting high-quality surveying and mapping projects in the fields of geodesy, photogrammetry and remote sensing, topographic mapping, cadastral mapping, oceanic mapping, compilation of large-scale atlas and engineering surveying.
