As an important part of Suqian's fast road network "Two Ring and Ten Shots", Yingbin Avenue Phase II fast transformation project undertakes the function of providing fast transit and arrival for Suqian and along the road. Since the construction started on January 1, 2022, the project department has made every effort to implement the concept of fast construction, and has conquered a number of important and difficult processes in one year:

"On the 17th of April

The first piece of precast box girder was successfully poured, and the project entered the precast production stage of box girder.

"On the 8th of May

The first cap was poured smoothly, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent pier and continuous box girder construction.

"The 17th of June

The first pin of cover beam was successfully erected and the project entered the new construction stage.

"The 22nd of June

All the ancient Yellow River Bridges have been translated into place, which is the first time for Suqian to implement synchronous jacking translation without interrupting traffic on large Bridges.

"The 23rd of August

The first cross - junction steel beam smoothly closed, the overall project a big step forward.

"On the fifteenth of October

The entire line of 1427 drilled piles and 93 trusses of prefabricated cover beams were erected, achieving another stage of success.

"On the eleventh of December

With the lifting of the last steel box girder of the ancient Yellow River Bridge in place, the main bridge of the project has been closed successfully, and the main structure of the main elevated structure has been connected.

The bridge piers, cover beams, box beams, including cross-junction composite beams and other upper and lower structures of Yingbin Avenue Phase II rapid transformation project are prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site.

Compared with traditional construction methods, prefabricated construction has the advantages of reliable quality, fast construction speed, high degree of refinement and high safety factor. It is also the first pilot project of prefabricated technology in Suqian City. However, in less than a year, 824 pieces of precast box girder, 252 precast columns, 160 precast cover beams and steel beams and other large components were assembled in place with an accuracy of less than 3 mm, which put forward strict requirements for the project organization. Therefore, based on the BIM platform of China Railway Bridge Bureau, the project department adopts the information management system to build the construction of the third plant intelligently, and promotes the linkage between the front and rear fields with the information to push forward the project progress at full speed.

"In addition to being fast, the construction quality has to be high. In order to ensure the appearance of the whole project pier column to present a 'mirror effect', we explored from the raw materials, steel formwork, formwork paint, pouring temperature, curing environment and other aspects, after 16 times of exploration and experiment, successfully produced the first 'clear mirror' effect of the fair-faced concrete pier column." Project manager Dai Junxiang said. The project department selects the formwork with good stiffness, high precision and surface smoothness to meet the requirements, strictly controls the clay content of the concrete raw materials, designs the concrete mix and adjusts the appropriate casting vibration process, and finally presents the effect of "ice bright jade moisten the natural color" of 252 pier columns on Yingbin Avenue.

As the important and difficult engineering of the project, the translation of the old Yellow River Bridge and the construction of the new viaduct directly determine whether the total construction period of the project can be achieved.

The project department has optimized the design scheme for many times since its entry, focusing on technological innovation and rapid construction. The original construction scheme for the cofferdam way of the old bridge pile foundation and cap, pier body joint wide construction of the water operation mode, but because of the original bridge construction environment is limited, the old bridge under the construction of steel sheet pile, construction platform is extremely difficult.

In order to solve this problem, the project department put forward the water-saving cofferdam scheme, the water construction into the land construction, to solve the problems of the platform, pier body joint wide construction, reduce the construction safety risk, save a lot of time, the ancient Yellow River in the middle of the two motor road to smooth translation in place, but also to avoid the demolition of nearly ten thousand tons of construction waste environmental problems.

In addition, due to the dense distribution of hospitals, schools, shops, residential buildings and other buildings around Yingbin Avenue project, environmental protection construction is also the top priority of the project construction. To this end, the project department for the construction site enclosure equipped with 24 hours of spray dust removal system, the configuration of fog cannon sprinkler and full-time environmental protection personnel 24 hours for the road sprinkler dust. The dust noise detector and high-bar spray device are installed in the third factory to dynamically monitor the noise, temperature, humidity, wind direction, PM2.5 and other numerical changes.

Suqian Yingbin Avenue Project is a major urban development project during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and also an important part of Suqian's fast road network "Two rings and ten Bullets". At present, the project has been fully completed, and it is expected to be opened to traffic next year. When the new Yingbin Avenue is completed, Suqian's main toll station express channel will reach Hubin New District. Improving the traffic environment along the route is of great significance to relieve the two-way traffic pressure of Yingbin Avenue in Suqian City, facilitate the travel between the two places and promote the economic development of Suqian City.
