On November 1st, the main arch rib of the first section of Wuxi Linghu Bridge was successfully hoisted, and the height difference and elevation of the front and back arch ribs met the design requirements, marking that Wuxi Linghu Bridge officially entered the construction stage of the middle span upper structure.
Linghu Bridge is located at the junction of Xinwu District and Jingkai District, Wuxi City. It spans the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and is a control project of Linghu Avenue. The main bridge is a three-span medium-length steel truss arch bridge of 100m+183m+100m, with a width of 40.5m. The middle span of 183m is divided into 3 arch rib lifting sections, with the maximum lifting weight of 520 tons. The arch rib of this lifting operation is the first right section of P5 pier, which is 47.5 meters long, 2 meters wide, 3.8 meters high and weighs 268 tons. The project team of this lifting operation is faced with no small problem. The construction steps and working conditions of steel truss arch of the main bridge of Linghu Bridge are very complicated, and the precision of steel arch manufacturing, installation and control is very high. The bridge is located at the bend of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, crossing the flood control levee and the intersection of the old and new canals. The number of passing ships reaches 1,400 every day. The construction site is narrow, and the construction organization is difficult and the safety risk is high.
In order to ensure the smooth lifting operation of the middle span of Linghu Bridge, the project team made accurate measurement and synthesis of various data and images in advance through accurate measurement of arch rib entity, intelligent modeling BIM technology, three-dimensional solid model collision inspection, Midas force analysis, etc., completed the whole process of safe construction prediction, predicted the impact of wind speed and temperature, and decomposing each link of the lifting process. Perfect the hoisting theory data, lay the foundation for the formal hoisting. In the formal construction stage, the project department set up a leading group for arch rib lifting, compiled a detailed lifting plan and work task decomposition diagram, subdivided into the floating crane operation group, arch rib positioning group, measurement monitoring group, safety warning group, etc., the floating crane anchoring location, floating crane lifting, floating crane transfer positioning, measurement adjustment, bracket fixing and other detailed construction processes were repeatedly studied and explored. Listed the safety check list, the division of labor is refined to individuals, and carried out a detailed security technology disclosure and hidden trouble screening...... Careful preparation and scientific testing ensure the first arch rib with zero error and high precision in place.
